the Psychology of Learning of the Chinese Psychological Society

The Chinese society is rapidly transitioning into a learning society, and conducting extensive and in-depth research on the psychology of learning plays a crucial role in fostering this development. Under this new era, the Specialist Committee on the Psychology of Learning was established. Approved for establishment by the Executive Council on May 22, 2021, and subsequently approved for transformation on May 27, 2022, this committee brings together multidisciplinary professionals dedicated to both theoretical and applied research in the psychology of learning. Comprising 38 members from 14 provinces (including municipalities directly under the central government) and 28 universities, the committee stretches from esteemed senior experts to influential young and middle-aged academic leaders in the field of learning psychology.

The primary goal of the committee is to bring together and organize professionals from various disciplines in the field of learning psychology. This involves actively conducting academic activities in learning psychology and related fields, fostering innovative development within the field of learning psychology, and making valuable contributions to the construction of a learning society.

The primary scope of work for the Committee for the Psychology of Learning includes:
1. Organizing and conducting academic research on learning psychology, facilitating business training, hosting a series of popular science lectures, enhancing personnel training, and contributing to social services.
2. Organizing committee meetings, academic conferences, and high-level forums on learning psychology to foster the development of the discipline.
3. Coordinating the publication of proceedings and manuals, providing a platform for members to showcase their research results.
4. Facilitating academic exchanges and cooperation with Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, and international learning psychology communities to expand the academic influence of the discipline.
